1.When will I receive my item?

Delivery times vary by region, but all orders are shipped via air for faster transit.Once shipped, please track your shipment on the Shipping page. We’ll dispatch your order as soon as possible.

2.  If I am not home, will I still be able to receive my parcel or to have someone to receive it on my behalf?

Couriers will contact you via text or call before delivery. You can request to have the parcel left at your doorstep, in a shoe cabinet, or on a riser—whichever is most convenient for you.

3.Can I pay Cash-On-Delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this payment method.

Payment Options: Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, or Shopify Payment.

4.Is there a shipping fee?

Yes, a low shipping fee applies, calculated based on your delivery region.

5. My item is faulty, what should I do?
Please contact our Customer Support team directly through our Contact Us page or email us. We will assist you with the issue.

6.How long does my product warranty lasts?

Our warranty policy covers replacement (not repair) for 6 months from the date of purchase.
